fatima abby tall (she/they) is a Black/Fat/Queer creative currently residing in southern california. they were raised in rural idaho and have familia ties/history in dakar, senegal. they graduated from the University of Iowa with a BA in English and Creative Writing and Gender, Women's & Sexuality Studies. she is a past resident of the 2023 Centrum Self-Directed Residencies held in Port Townsend, WA. fatima does not work within one specific discipline. their work tends to consort with hauntings, multiplicity, and spiritual alterity. they are currently pursuing an MFA in Writing from UC San Diego.
